Having worked in Healthcare for the whole of her career, starting as a nurse and branching into senior leadership roles locally, regionally, nationally and internationally; specialising in crisis management and resilience, Nicki has represented the NHS on national and international stages and is a huge supporter of the NHS in all its complexity!
Having been a lead figure in ensuring the health systems in London were ready for the 2012 Olympics and those in Qatar were ready for the 2022 World Cup, Nicki has got everything covered. There is no area of emergency resilience she has not specialised in!

Having worked with clients worldwide and having been based in Spain for the last decade, Helga has developed a particular specialism for helping those located within the European Union. Helga's expertise spans executive career change and sector change across international boundaries.
